On-site Learning Alliance Announcement

On-site Learning Alliance is a program designed to accommodate students who wish to join our Basic Adult Literacy program, but are unable to make it to the center due to pre-existing work commitments, childcare responsibilities, or travel issues.

With the On-site Learning Alliance, trained tutors are placed in public locations and run weekly basic literacy classes, entirely for free, to adults wanting to develop their skills. The current locations are EVPL Central, EVPL McCollough, Alexandrian Public Library, and Tepe Park.

One of our main challenges is promoting this program to adults that may benefit from the program. If you are near one of our On-site Learning Alliance locations, The Literacy Center kindly asks you to consider announcing this program to your patrons. You can find this announcement below.

If you’d like any flyers, or if you have any questions about the program, you can call 812-429-1222, or go to http://www.litcenter.org/on-site-learning-alliance/

Thank you for your support.
